It's a bit confusing, I must admit. to have a story out with the review already
in the description.
Is the review a precursor to this story? is there a bigger/better review to be
had?
And should this be in "Reviewable" already?
If the work spans such a large number of files in a non-trivial way, maybe (a)
you probably are underestimating the points and (b) perhaps you want to chunk
the work in smaller stories/tasks?
I dread us ending in the same situation as MESOS-2860, where ONE Jira task
spawned 10 reviews...
