In functions: HierarchicalAllocatorProcess<RoleSorter,
FrameworkSorter>::initialize() and HierarchicalAllocatorProcess<RoleSorter,
FrameworkSorter>::allocate(), it does not need to check the roleSorter->count()
, because the role * always be added to roleSorter.
