Description: We use ContainerPrepareInfo to return a list of namespace
required for the particular container (as decided by the isolator). The
isolator makes this decision by looking at the incoming ExecutorInfo, etc.
parameters. (was: This allows the frameworks to specify a required capability
for the task such as "ip-per-container" and the MesosContainerizer then enables
the isolator providing such capability. If the request is missing, the isolator
is not invoked.)
