[~greggomann] [~vinodkone] Yes, the image is outdated, we have to add
--no-cache=true when building the image. The only problem being that this will
slow tests considerably since it will rebuild the entire docker image each
time. We can for now run tests and only if they fail run them again with a no
cached build. What do you think? Testing in the meantime in a branch.
