[~vinodkone], [~neilconway]: the 3.4.7 release is waiting on three more tickets
before an RC goes out. So I am hoping for it to be out by the end of November,
at the most.
Also, as mentioned before, this patch is totally backwards compatible with all
ZK versions.
Out of orders pings are not yet supported in upstream ZK, but I suspect they
might be used for rate limiting in upcoming releases.
