When the executor's environment is specified explicitly via
{{--executor_environment_variables}}, {{LIBPROCESS_IP}} will not be passed,
leading to errors communicating with the executor. This variable should be
passed by default, with the option of being overridden within
{{--executor_environment_variables}}.
