Instead of using the {{MesosExecutorDriver}} , we should make the
{{CommandExecutor}} in {{src/launcher/executor.cpp}} use the new Executor HTTP
Library that we create in {{MESOS-3550}}.
This would act as a good validation of the {{HTTP API}} implementation.
