credentals can use json or text config. in previous versions, both of
principal and secret are plain text.
when I try to upgrade from 0.21.1 to 0.24.1, found that since of 0.24.0 , the
json type config used base64 encode the secret. but the text type config still
use plain text.
usage and document neither prompt this update, so this makes a little confused
when marathon authenticate failed.
maybe both of this two config types use base64 encode secret is better.
