Summary: Mesos master should expose the version of registered agents (was:
Mesos master should expose the version of registered agents/schedulers )
I've committed the above 2 patches. But I will split this ticket into 3 tickets
for easy reference.
1) expose the version of agents <-- r/39421
2) add /frameworks endpoint <-- r/39432
3) expose the version of frameworks <-- still needs a review
