Any reason it's not in Resource.DiskInfo.Persistence? DiskInfo will be used for
multi-disk support soon (e.g., adding meta data about the disk resources like
type, rpm, etc.). So we should decouple persistent volume from DiskInfo (i.e.,
having DiskInfo does not mean persistent volume).
