My initial hunch is that this improvement suggestion was referring to something
like "how to interpret the /monitor/statistics.json" endpoint for finetuning
isolator limitations.
[~nnielsen] can you give a bit more context? I am unsure what you mean by
"usage() API" and "documentation".
