[~tnachen] - could you please take a look and make a determination whether we
can fix the test or should we disable it?
(or even, does it make sense to keep it?)
This is a blocker to release {{0.26}} so it'd be great to get it resolved
quickly.
I'm obviously reluctant to have to do too much munging around a machine's
default/normal configuration (like, having to mess around with iptables and
stuff) just so that a test passes: this is unlikely to reflect a realistic
operating environment anyway.
