Description: Currently IPAddress message type is nested within the
NetworkInfo protobuf. It restricts the usability of IPAddress to NetworkInfo
protobufs. As part of MESOS-4114 we are defining a globally usable message type
called IPAddress and hence IPAddress field within the NetworkInfo message type
can be deprecated in favor of the global message. (was: Currently IPAddress
message type is nested within the NetworkInfo protobuf. It restricts the
usability of IPAddress to NetworkInfo protobufs. As part of MESOS-4114 we are
defining a globally usable message type called IPAddress and hence IPAddress
