Note that our current "Getting Started" instructions for CentOS 6.6 & 7.1 make
use of an Apache Maven package which seems to be the personal project of a
Fedora contributor, username "dchen" (announcements of new releases can be
found on his blog here: https://dingyichen.wordpress.com/).
