I think the reason that Mesosbot failed is no reviewers specified since I do
not have shepherd for this ticket yet, once the reviewer (shepherd) is
specified, I think Mesosbot will be triggered to do a whole "make" and "make
check", right?
And yes, these are all the changes that I need to do to get Mesos to compile on
ppc64le.
