We need a test abstraction for {{HttpEvent}} similar to the already existing
one's for {{DispatchEvent}}, {{MessageEvent}} in libprocess.
The abstraction can look similar in semantics to the already existing
{{FUTURE_DISPATCH}}/{{FUTURE_MESSAGE}}.
