Joris Van Remoortere commented on MESOS-191:
--------------------------------------------
The MVP for this has been committed to master. Please see the linked JIRA
tickets for the patch set.
It includes 2 different types in the {{DiskInfo.Source}}: {{PATH}} and
{{MOUNT}}.
{{MOUNT}} can not be carved into smaller persistent volumes, and must be a
valid mount on linux.
{{PATH}} can be any directory, and allows frameworks to carve it into smaller
persistent volumes.
> Add support for multiple disk resources

> It would be nice to schedule mesos tasks with fine-grained disk scheduling.
> The idea is, a slave with multiple spindles, would specify spindle specific
> config. Mesos would then include this info in its resource offers to
> frameworks.
