Currently quota status endpoint returns a collection of {{QuotaInfo}} protos
converted to JSON. An example response looks like this:

Presence of some fields, e.g. "role", is misleading. To address this issue and
make the output more informative, we should probably introduce a {{model()}}
function for {{QuotaStatus}}.
