There is currently no way to extract the help strings from the help process
once they have been installed into it. The only way to get at them is to visit
the http endpoint they are associated with and pull it from there. Moreover,
there is no way to uninstall a string from this process if a route is ever
taken offline. We need support for programmatically getting/removing strings
from the help process.
