Summary: Mesos UI tasks count doesn't match for master homepage
with slave homepages

I launched 800 sleep tasks using mesos-local with two slaves, each of which got
400 tasks.
According to master (and as reported to the framework), 541 tasks FINISHED
while 259 tasks FAILED. When I follow the links for the slaves and look at the
stats there, both slaves report 141 tasks FINISHED and 259 tasks FAILED.
Something is definitely off! I have attached some screenshots.
