We currently only describe how to compile Mesos and get the example frameworks
running. We should consider documenting how to actual configure a more
realistic Mesos cluster.
The challenge here might be that the exact steps might depend on the
OS/environment in use. But we could still provide some helpful guidance, or
perhaps pick a single common environment to document.
