Zk 3.4.7 has been withdrawn by upstream (see
http://search-hadoop.com/m/JhBoa1OmyLXHVkU12&subj=+DISCUSS+Remove+3+4+7+from+mirrors+and+the+Web+site+references);
we should wait for the 3.4.8 release.
