Summary: Consolidate the code structure for containerizer

The mesos support three kind of containizers currently: mesos, docker, compose,
but only the mesos containizer have a folder, both compose and docker are not
in a folder, this makes the code is a big strange, we need to put related
containizers to related folders to get a clear code structure.
