We spend way too much of our time formatting, not to mention the amount of time
wasted during the review cycle to address style issues. Let’s get
[ClangFormat|http://clang.llvm.org/docs/ClangFormat.html] to help us!
ClangFormat is an source code formatting tool which *only* manipulates
whitespace. As a result, requirements such as “variable names must be lower
camel case” aren’t covered. That's a job for
[ClangTidy|http://clang.llvm.org/extra/clang-tidy/]
