As part of Mesos reaching 1.0, we need to formalize the policy of supporting
Mesos releases.
Some specific questions we need to answer:
--> What fixes should we backports to older releases.
--> How many old releases are supported.
--> Should we have a LTS version?
--> What is the cadence of major, minor and patch releases?
