libprocess currently sets the {{User-Agent}} and {{Libprocess-From}} headers to
identify (a) that an HTTP request is a libprocess request (b) the sender's UPID.
It would also be useful to include some versioning information about the
sender's libprocess library. For example, this would let the recipient enable
or disable certain features depending on how recent the sending libprocess is.
