It seems that {{clang-tidy}} was able to replace a {{0}} to {{nullptr}} in an
appropriate call-site.
Were you able to characterize the places where {{clang-tidy}} did not replace
{{NULL}} to {{nullptr}}?
That is, perhaps we were passing {{NULL}} incorrectly to a function takes an
{{int}}?
