The dvdcli 0.1.0 will create volume by default if the volume does not exist
when mounting, this is not a good behavior to create volumes blindly. Please
refer to https://github.com/docker/docker/issues/21829 for some discussion with
docker community.
The dvdcli has fixed this issue by introducing a new flag "--explicitcreate"
to enable end user can customize the behavior of creating the volume by default
or not. Please refer to https://github.com/emccode/dvdcli/issues/18 for some
detail.
