Description: We should add information about authentication to the help
message and thereby endpoint documentation (similarly as MESOS-4934 has done
for authentication). (was: MESOS-4785 reorganizes the documentation of the
authorization features that are available in Mesos. The authorization of the
"/flags" endpoint, introduced in MESOS-5142 needs to be documented in a similar
way.)
