/state endpoint doesn't currently expose this. As you can see
[here|https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/4e66a3ff8a0ec635b792b92e2429ae3b1d114eca/src/slave/http.cpp#L682],
the http endpoint doesn't look at the usage.total filed. The patch needed is
to write it to the JSON result.
