Hi [~anandmazumdar], I just came back from a vacation and haven't started any
coding on this yet. Based on my last conversation with [~vinodkone], I can
envision two parts of work in this task:
1) Generate response events for each of the possible events to be sent back;
2) Generate cluster snapshot (functionally equivalent to /state.json response)
and send back at SUBSCRIBE call, so subscriber can use it to build.
If rc2 deadline is really close, maybe we can further split?
