I had this patch ready and about to post it now. I was also dependent on
SET_QUOTA or else I could not test GET_QUOTA. I knew I had to rebase SET_QUOTA
multiple times, so i didn't post GET_QUOTA and REMOVE_QUOTA with SET_QUOTA. If
this way, my assigned issues get assigned to others while I am asleep, I really
lose any enthusiasm to work on any issue.
