[~adam-mesos] I noticed that in [a few
instances|https://github.com/apache/mesos/blob/a95ab8ba140f4554c0f9417dc10a7463f5df71d3/src/slave/containerizer/fetcher.cpp#L374-L383]
the fetcher is still chowning the entire sandbox so let's keep this ticket.
With MESOS-5845 fixed the task for this ticket would just be to clean up these
chowns. Thanks for checking!
