I ran into this problem today while testing a small Mesos cluster on AWS. I
attempted to navigate to the webui on a non-leading master, and the redirection
failed because the master redirected the browser to the leading master's
private AWS hostname, which is not publicly accessible.
We should consider allowing users to optionally specify a public hostname for
masters which could be used for redirection.
