Because this ticket associated with {{First class resources (Cpu topology info,
GPU topology info, disk speed, etc)}} in
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MESOS/Roadmap I think it would be
better to change it from story to epic, so that you could add subtask tickets
under this epic when you implement it.
