Summary: Support multiple health checks per task.

Currently, only a single health check per task is supported. We may want to
consider supporting multiple health checks. There are various approaches how to
treat them: do health aggregation in Mesos or delegate it to a frameworks, have
a single or multiple restart policies (one per health check), introduce health
check ids or not.
