We use [joyent/http-parser|https://github.com/nodejs/http-parser] to decode
HTTP requests. Since initial integration, http-parser has been updated to
expose error codes when decoding fails.
Currently the decoder only exposes a failure boolean, we can augment this to be
an {{Option<Error>}} or equivalent that includes the error message to improve
logging.
