Thanks [~gkleiman] 's help, according to my tests, after we call {{ns::setns}}
in {{HealthCheckerProcess}}, it could inject into the container network
namespace not matter use {{HealthChecker}} via library way or binary way. cc
[~alexr] I am adjusting my patches to support this.
