Summary: Add master tests for TaskGroup

Some of the tests we want to write:
-- If a pending task in a task group is killed, the entire group is killed.
-- If a task in a task group is invalid, the whole group is considered invalid.
-- If a task in a task group is unauthorized, the whole group is considered
unauthorized.
