The deb package published on the mesosphere repository for Ubuntu Xenial seems
to be broken.
I followed the instructions given in
https://open.mesosphere.com/getting-started/install/ to install mesos and
marathon on a cluster running Ubuntu Xenial.
However, during the install of the mesos package, I am getting an error that it
cannot unpack the file jquery.js and it errors out saying something like
"unexpected end of file".
