Summary: Show the containers information in the v1 GET_STATE call
of v1 agent API.

Because of the {{GET_STATE}} API didn't show the agent information anymore
while the {{/state}} endpoint show the agent information. We need to add a
{{GET_AGENT}} API to show the agent information, just like what we do in the
{{GET_MASTER}} CALL of the master API.
