My use case:
I have a program performing syncing service discovery information to external
system. It connects to the event stream of master, and wants to know whether it
was the initial "agent reregister window" specified by the
`agent_reregister_timeout`, so it can handle disconnected agents more
elegantly. To do so it needs to know when the current leader it's streaming
from is elected.
[~anandmazumdar] [~vinodkone], please accept the issue if this sounds a valid
use case, and I can work on this. Thanks!
