There is currently alot of tribal knowledge in what it means to actually setup
a container and launch a process inside of it. It would be nice to see some
documentation produced which outlines the exact process of launching a new
container, as well as the process involved in executing a new task inside that
container (or as a nested container, which shares some portion of the
container, but not all of it).
