Starting Mesos 1.0 MesosContainerizer and DockerContainerizer both support
running container with their own IP addresses. The IP address allocated to a
container is an extremely important piece of information that a lot of users
look for in order to connect to the container or configure external entities
such as load balancers and firewalls to make the service running in the
containers accessible.
Exposing the IP address of the container, which is actually available in
`ContainerStatus` of the container would make the WebUI highly informative.
