Currently it is planned to allow docker private registry credentials to be 
passed from framework but only when using mesos containerizer: 
[MESOS-4242|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-4242], 
[MESOS-7088|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MESOS-7088]. 
This should be implemented for docker containerizer too to provide a consistent 
way of accessing private registries independent of the containerizer.
