It would be useful for the leading master to expose information (e.g., via HTTP
endpoints or metrics) about the standby masters in the cluster -- e.g., IP
address/port and version.
For example, this would be useful to check where the standby masters are
running, to ensure they are running an appropriately recent version of Mesos,
etc.
