Description: when start the mesos agent with flag
--containerizers=docker,mesos --image_providers=docker
--isolation="filesystem/linux,docker/runtime,cgroups/devices,gpu/nvidia", and
submit spark job, the spark job can't get resource from mesos (was: when start
