Complicated backports may be too risky for patch releases. I'm removing the
1.1.x/1.2.x target versions, since 1.2.1 is being cut very soon.
Commit backports if/when you can, and set the fixVersion appropriately.
Otherwise, we'll just have this from 1.3.0 on.
