Recently I was trying to debug a {{mesos-agent}} issue where it would not
accept new connections. I wasn't able to crank the log level because that
requires hitting the {{/logging/toggle}} and the agent would not accept a new
connection.
It would have been helpful to be able to crank the log level with a signal.
