Add filtering for the following endpoints:
- {{/frameworks}}
- {{/slaves}}
- {{/tasks}}
- {{/containers}}
We should investigate whether we should use RESTful style or query string to
filter the specific resource. We should also figure out whether it's necessary
to filter a list of resources.
